September 1, 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. is the Main Street Beach Bash!!! All proceeds benefit The Pulaski Theater and The New River Valley Fine Arts Center... what a great way to support your community and have some fun right here in Pulaski! Tickets are $10 per adult & $5 per child in advance or $12 at the gate. Coffee Buy The Book has tickets available for purchase now and we will be open on Monday for your convenience, so stop in and save a few dollars on your ticket and come on back on Monday for a nice place to sit and enjoy your Bar-B-Que!

Local Author Meet & Greet! 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.The book you all have been waiting for is finally here! "Images Of America...Pulaski" by, John B. White. I know you have seen all the books about our surrounding towns and now we have one for Pulaski, come on in and get an autographed copy for you and your family and friends! Pulaskifest is coming October 4, 2008 and Coffee Buy The Book is proud to be a sponsor of this event! We will also have The Local Author Tent again this year, featuring 10 authors with a variety of titles to choose from. There will be children's books, poetry books, and the highly anticipated "Images Of America...Pulaski" book. In addition we will have author Danielle Reid and Princess the star of "The Princess Puppy" series at the bookstore having storytime for the children. So come by and meet Princess and hear all about her adventures at 11:00 a.m. and again at 1:00p.m. We will have some great sales happening all day so don't forget to take a ride on the new Trolley and come on over and visit Princess and get some great deals while your here! There really is something for everyone with so many different styles to choose from. All of the shows are FREE however TIPS are appreciated! FREE refills of coffee and tea for the shows!
